Your contribution to our team
You ensure that our HR administration runs smoothly – from the entry to the exit of our employees. You take care of personnel changes, references, certificates as well as the maintenance of personnel master data and electronic files. You work confidently with our HR, time and access systems and support managers and employees with administrative and system-related questions.
At the same time, you actively contribute to the further development of our HR services: You take responsibility for your area of expertise, optimise processes and participate in HR projects. With small, effective contributions to personnel retention – for example at employee events or personal occasions – you also strengthen the positive employee experience in our company.
Your profile
- Federal HR specialist certificate or comparable further training in Human Resources
- Several years of experience in a broadly based HR administration or HR services function, ideally in a comparable environment
- Very good MS Office skills as well as a high digital affinity; experience with HR systems Abacus or SuccessFactors is an advantage
- Structured, precise and solution-oriented working method with a strong sense of responsibility
- High service orientation, pronounced social skills as well as a natural handling of discretion and sensitive information
- Very good German and English for cooperation within the group (French/Italian an advantage)
