As a Legal Counsel, you support the international activities of this retail company by providing cross-functional legal support in business law, contracts, compliance, and risk management.

Description

Your responsibilities are as follows:

• Advise internal teams on issues of commercial, contractual, competition, and distribution law, both in Switzerland and internationally.
• Draft, negotiate, and monitor a wide range of commercial contracts (distribution, services, marketing, sponsorship, partnerships, leases, etc.).
• Support the Group's strategic and cross-functional projects, as well as the implementation of new regulatory requirements.
• Participate in managing sensitive situations, pre-litigation, and litigation, in coordination with external counsel.
• Contribute to the development of the internal compliance framework: policies, procedures, training, and legal monitoring.

Profile

Your profile is as follows:

• Swiss bar admission.
• Excellent command of French and English; good command of German is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and advisory sense.
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.
• High level of rigour and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
• Team spirit, autonomy, and ease in an international and multicultural environment.
