What you can achieve
- Maintain our filling, production, packaging, and process systems, support new installations and conversions, and document all relevant steps for quality assurance.
- Be ready for daily operations with occasional on-call duties and continuously optimise our systems and components to ensure smooth processes.
- Apply your metalworking skills (turning, milling, drilling, welding) purposefully and find solutions to technical challenges with a structured approach.
- Work closely with technical purchasing to procure required spare parts efficiently, always adhering to all safety regulations.
- Engage in the EOE project (OPTIMO, KAIZEN, KVP) and take on additional tasks as assigned to support Emmi Process Management.
What you bring
- You have completed a recognised apprenticeship (EFZ) as a maintenance polymechanic, agricultural/construction machinery mechanic, or comparable qualifications.
- Experience in maintaining production systems is an advantage, but motivated career changers are also welcome!
- Willingness for on-call duties and occasional weekend shifts.
- Safety awareness – your safety and that of your colleagues come first!
- Strong communication skills and team spirit are essential in our environment.
- Good German language skills in speaking and writing and proficiency in Office programmes.
