Your Role:

You bear full responsibility for demanding building construction projects - like a CEO for your project. You lead internal and external planning and execution teams, support the client, and ensure costs, quality, and deadlines. You optimise projects, develop economical solutions, are responsible for tenders, awards, and contractor negotiations, and contribute to acquisition and calculation.

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience in managing demanding building construction projects
• Construction-related education with relevant further training (project, construction or real estate management)
• Ideally experience with total or general contractors
• Entrepreneurial thinking, decisiveness, and negotiation skills
• Confident demeanour and enthusiasm for construction projects and team leadership
