Plant Operator

Then we have the right position for you as a plant operator at Nestlé Suisse SA in Konolfingen.

Your tasks:

• Operating, controlling and monitoring modern equipment in filling and packaging

• Active participation and support in the daily production process

• Conducting analyses in the line laboratory as well as writing production and fault reports

• Ensuring safe, clean and efficient processes in production

• Performing cleaning tasks according to specified hygiene and quality standards

• Assisting with technical faults and coordination according to TPM standards

• Willingness to work in a 4-shift system

Your profile:

• Training & Experience: Completed basic training (EFZ) in the food sector (e.g. as a dairy technologist, food technologist, baker, cook) or several years of experience as a plant operator

• Technical skills: Good technical understanding and enthusiasm for modern production equipment

• Working style: Reliable, self-responsible and a true team player

• Language: Very good German skills (at least level B2)

• Flexibility & Mobility: Willingness to work 4 shifts and own car (for easy access to the workplace)
