Role:
Our client is an established Swiss industrial company in mechanical and plant engineering. In this position, you develop steel and sheet metal constructions and accompany your solutions from design to production. You combine 3D CAD, technical understanding and practical implementation.
Responsibilities:
Developing steel and sheet metal constructions
Designing assemblies and components
Creating 3D models, manufacturing and workshop drawings
Preparing parts and material lists
Optimising existing components with regard to manufacturing and costs
Technical coordination with purchasing and production
Qualifications:
Training as a designer EFZ, technician HF or equivalent
Experience in 3D CAD design
Knowledge in sheet metal, steel or mechanical engineering
Confident technical and spatial understanding
Independent and structured working method
Very good German skills, French an advantage
