Finance and Accounting/HR Specialist 40% (m/f)

Responsibilities

• Management of financial accounting and payment transactions
• Preparation and execution of payroll
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to OR for the trustee
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Control of accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
• Preparation of key figures and reports
  

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (EFZ)
• Further training in finance and accounting is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Very good knowledge of finance and accounting as well as VAT
• Confident in booking and closing entries
• Very good MS Office skills
• Independent, structured and precise working style
• Resilient, flexible and discreet personality
• Very good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
