To complete its nursing team, Clinic Les Alpes is looking to recruit a nurse.

In an exceptional setting, Clinic Les Alpes is a private healthcare facility whose mission is to support patients from around the world suffering from dependency issues with or without substances as well as presenting mental health problems (trauma, depression, stress, burnout, anxiety, etc.).

Nurse 80 to 100%

Start date: immediately

Reporting to the head nurse, the responsibilities and essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:

Main tasks:

• Provide relational, integrative medicine and somatic care to ensure the continuity and quality of the care plan.
• Manage crisis situations by providing an appropriate and adequate response while relying on available resources
• Create, strengthen and maintain a therapeutic relationship with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Support patients during therapeutic, medical or recreational outings ensuring smooth communication with various external providers while maintaining the therapeutic framework developed for the context, sometimes requiring travel abroad.
• Develop, in collaboration with the head nurse and other departments, support or continuous improvement projects
• Actively participate in supervision activities (individual and team)
• Lead therapeutic and psycho-educational groups

Profile sought:

• HES nursing diploma or an equivalent qualification recognised by the authorities
• Languages spoken: French, English (reading, speaking and writing) minimum B2
• Experience in psychiatry and addiction
• Open-mindedness, listening skills and availability
• Team spirit, interpersonal skills
• Motivation, autonomy, versatility, empathy, rigour
• High capacity for adaptation and integration
• Aptitude to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Sense of discretion
