Role:
Numbers under control and people in focus: For one of our partners – a leading, traditional Swiss corporate group in the construction and building materials sector with around 2,000 employees – we at Rocken are looking for a Payroll Specialist. In a motivated team, you will take co-responsibility for the complete payroll processing, benefit from flat hierarchies, and bring your professional expertise into a future-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
You handle the monthly payroll processing including withholding taxes and social insurances.
You carry out timely payroll declarations and year-end tasks for social insurances.
You manage the time management system, check entries, and coordinate closely with the financial accounting department.
You process family allowances, employer certificates, wage garnishments, and personnel data changes.
You prepare solution-oriented payroll analyses and statistics for management.
Qualifications:
Further training as a Payroll Specialist, HvR Specialist, or comparable qualification.
Initial or several years of professional experience in independent payroll processing in Switzerland.
Advanced ERP knowledge, especially experience with Abacus.
Knowledge of the national collective labour agreement (LMV-Bau) is an advantage.
Fluent German skills; precise, efficient, and reliable working style.
