The payroll and social insurance service is responsible for all matters related to salaries and social insurance.
Within the payroll and social insurance service, you manage the elements necessary for the establishment of salaries, social insurance, and operational personnel management at the HUG, in close coordination with the departmental HR teams.
You verify the accuracy of the information processed in your area of activity, in compliance with legal provisions.
You provide all staff with any useful information within your area of expertise.
Qualifications
You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification and possess or are considering preparing the federal specialist diploma in social insurance, which is an asset.
You have good knowledge of legislation related to social benefits (AHV, IV, unemployment, etc.).
You have at least 5 years of professional experience in payroll and social insurance management.
Comfortable with IT and office tools, you also have a good command of written and spoken French.
You have excellent priority and stress management skills as well as strong organisational abilities. With a team spirit and a client-oriented service approach, you contribute to service continuity in the event of colleagues’ absences.
