Our client is an established healthcare institution in Switzerland specialising in the professional care and support of people with special needs. The institution is characterised by a respectful working culture, modern therapeutic concepts and a committed interdisciplinary team. To strengthen the care team, we are looking for an experienced person as a Health Specialist.

Health Specialist EFZ

- Supporting residents with psychiatric illnesses in everyday life 

- Individual co-design of the care process for each resident

- Caring for residents with challenging behaviour through de-escalating communication

- Carrying out nursing and medical measures as well as early detection of changes

- Active contributions to daily activities and implementation of therapeutic concepts

- Close collaboration with nursing professionals and doctors for optimal care

- Precise and efficient documentation with easyDOK and BESA

- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ - Professional experience in psychiatry required - High resilience and independent working style - Strong empathy and communication skills - Experience with easyDOK and BESA documentation systems
