Electrician/Service Technician Concrete Technology (m/f)

What you will achieve with us

• Maintenance and Repair: Independently carrying out all maintenance, repair, and overhaul work on concrete technology equipment, including occasional procurement and organisation of spare parts
• Troubleshooting: Independent diagnosis and sustainable resolution of technical faults on machines and systems
• Assembly and Commissioning: Preparation, installation, and commissioning of new equipment, rental systems, and special constructions – both in-house and on site at the customer
• Customer Support: Technical advice and support for our customers on site; assistance with application, maintenance, and problem-solving.
• On-call Service: to ensure a quick response time for urgent customer concerns outside regular working hours

What you bring with you

• Completed training as an electrician, electrical installer, or equivalent training (automation technician)
• Driving licence category B/BE
• Interest and enthusiasm for being a service technician on the road
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
• Good knowledge of French is an advantage
• Customer- and team-oriented behaviour
