On behalf of one of our clients, a recognised player in the watchmaking and precision mechanics sector, Manpower is recruiting a CNC Mechanical Practitioner (m/f) specialised in grinding and finishing operations.

Mechanical Practitioner 100% Geneva (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Set up, operate and monitor CNC grinding and finishing machines.
- Ensure production complies with quality, deadline and performance requirements.
- Carry out dimensional and visual inspections of produced parts.
- Make necessary corrections and adjustments during manufacturing.
- Participate in series changes and machine settings.
- Perform first-level maintenance and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
- Adhere to safety procedures and company quality standards.
Your profile
- Training in mechanics, micromechanics or equivalent field.
- Proven experience with CNC machines, ideally in grinding and/or finishing.
- Proficient in reading technical plans and using control tools.
- Knowledge of quality requirements related to precision mechanics.
- Team spirit, autonomy and sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to learn and progress in a demanding technical environment.
