You continuously manage, operate, and develop the commercial application landscape.
In this role, you ensure a stable, secure, and smooth application operation and are responsible for incident, problem, and change management.
You plan, coordinate, and accompany releases as well as the introduction of new functions and optimisations.
You analyse business requirements, develop solution concepts with the specialist departments, and implement them.
You work closely with key users, internal stakeholders, and external partners and coordinate collaboration.
In this role, you manage and optimise application interfaces as well as the integration of various systems and support users through consulting and training.
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable education with relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience in application management as well as in the operation and further development of business applications
- Solid experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or comparable solutions
- In-depth knowledge of IT service management, release management, and interface management
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style as well as strong communication skills in collaboration with specialist departments, key users, and external partners
