What you can contribute

• Act as an interface and contact person as a service provider in a dynamic environment: support the division and its employees administratively and organisationally (e.g. organising meetings and specialist days)
• Manage contracts and monitor the division's files (e.g. creditor workflow)
• Finalise or translate complex letters and documents in German and French as well as provide information in both languages (e.g. telephone duty, good writing skills in responding to emails in German)
• Participate in managing the division's web pages

• Commercial employee training or equivalent, with several years of professional experience
• Motivated, flexible person with team spirit and good organisational skills, a sense of organisation and quick-wittedness
• Independent working, reliability and service orientation
• Good writing skills
• Experience in public administration would be an advantage
