- Independent execution of maintenance, repair and servicing work on production facilities, machines and technical building equipment
- Monitoring and supervision of the entire building technology to ensure smooth operation
- Supervision of climate, alarm and fire protection systems
- Care and maintenance of interior and exterior areas including minor surrounding work
- Responsibility for order and cleanliness around the operation
- Coordination and supervision of external craftsmen, service technicians and other service providers
- Support with technical malfunctions and arising special tasks
- Completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance, caretaker or a comparable technical education is an advantage
- Professional experience in the field of caretaking, operational maintenance or building technology
- Technical understanding and enjoyment in finding practical solutions
- Manual skills and an independent, reliable working style
- Sense of responsibility as well as a pronounced quality and cleanliness awareness
- Team-oriented, flexible and resilient personality
- Willingness for on-call or special deployments outside regular working hours, for example in case of technical or fire alarms as well as deployments over lunch, in the evening or on Saturdays
- Varied and responsible activity in a family environment
