- Provision of professional nursing care and support for our patients and their relatives
- Responsibility for the nursing process of patients from admission to discharge in the sense of primary nursing
- Goal- and solution-oriented work within the interdisciplinary treatment team
- Guidance and support of new employees and trainees
You bring with you
- Basic training as a certified nurse HF/FH and professional experience in palliative care and in an acute hospital
- Preferably completed further training in palliative care (at least Level B1)
- High sense of responsibility, interconnected thinking, resilience and independent working style
