Perspectives Construction SA is part of this evolution and offers projects, from design to delivery, turnkey realisation, at guaranteed prices and deadlines under general and/or total contractor contracts. The company was founded in 2018 and consists of a young and dynamic team. Present in Nyon, Lausanne and Fribourg, it carries out projects throughout the Lake Geneva arc and in the Bulle-Fribourg region.

To work on building projects and support the construction teams, we are looking for a:

Execution Project Manager for the Fribourg Region - 80-100%

Main tasks:

- Development and management of various projects in the preparation and execution phases

- Leading an internal team, coordinating external contractors

- Planning and financial analysis, costing, negotiation

- Client and authority relations

Profile sought

- ES, HES diploma or equivalent training

- Proficiency in IT tools (Messerli, MS Project, MS Office) and interest in AI

- Excellent knowledge of construction techniques and Swiss standards

- At least 5 years of experience in Switzerland in construction management or project management

- Integrity, comfortable with communication and writing

- Strong affinity for numbers

- Solution-oriented

- Dynamic and rigorous
