ZurichYour Tasks
- You support the department management and staff members in organisational and administrative matters.
- You coordinate appointments, meetings, workshops and events and ensure a smooth process.
- You create, edit and manage documents, presentations as well as digital archives.
- You prepare meetings and workshops before and after and ensure complete documentation.
- You participate in projects, support coordination and accompany the implementation of assignments.
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training (EFZ level)
- Several years of professional experience, ideally as project assistance
- Experience in assistance, clerical or coordination functions
- Flawless German skills (C1) and very good MS Office application knowledge
- High service and customer orientation
- Resilience and ability to set priorities

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 75,000 and 95,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
