Content Manager

For one of our clients based in Fribourg, we are looking for a 100% content manager for a long-term assignment.

Tasks:

• Quality assurance (QA) and testing
• Implementation and execution of promotions
• Publication and maintenance of content
• Validation of content and campaigns
• Incident tracking and support for their resolution
• Coordination between different teams and stakeholders
• Operational support and continuous process improvement
• Quality control across all digital channels

Profile:

• Federal VET Diploma as a media technician or Bachelor in marketing, communication, digital media or a related field.
• Experience in digital content management, QA testing, digital operations or e-commerce
• Great attention to detail and strong quality orientation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable with digital tools, CMS platforms and online publishing systems
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Proactive, reliable and solution-oriented approach

Nice to Have

• Experience in setting up promotions and managing campaigns
• Knowledge of Agile working methods
• Experience in telecommunications, digital services or e-commerce sectors
• Basic knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools
