About the job
The Echaud Foundation welcomes 80 adults with multiple disabilities or medically recognized severe cerebral palsy, often also presenting various additional disorders and deficiencies. To complement an educational team at our Cugy boarding school, we are immediately looking for or for a date to be agreed upon a:
- Work within an educational team composed of people from different backgrounds and provide a paramedical perspective.
- Support beneficiaries daily, including weekends on a rotating basis, individually and collectively, to provide comfort and quality of life.
- Provide delegated medico-technical care.
- Collaborate with the health service, therapists, workshops, and other institution services.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team for the development and monitoring of educational projects and therapeutic programs for beneficiaries.
- Organize leisure activities, outings, camps, and external activities with beneficiaries.
- Participate in educational conferences including intersectoral networks.
- Collaborate with families, legal representatives, and various specialists.
- Manage administrative tasks related to beneficiaries and the educational team.
The Profile:
- Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a community health and care assistant eager to enrich beneficiary support through diversity and complementarity of experiences.
- Interest in multiple disabilities and hygiene and comfort care.
- Ease in teamwork, organization, and reliability.
- Driving license essential.
- Good computer skills.
