Your Tasks and Perspectives

• Leadership, promotion and coaching of the team in the operating area
• Co-design of the OR coordination in agreement with all involved professional groups
• Participation in strategic and operational projects for the further development of the area
• Active work in the operating theatre

What You Bring to This Position

• Training as a certified operations nurse or as a certified specialist in surgical technology HF
• Professional experience in the field of ophthalmology / eye medicine is an advantage
• Leadership experience or willingness to develop into this role
• Open, assertive and resilient personality
• High social competence and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
