Microsoft 365 Support Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Our client is an established company in the field of technical services and industrial solutions. Responsibilities:
You are the first point of contact for technical issues and ensure that systems function in everyday work
You handle support requests in a structured manner, adhere to standards and escalate professionally when necessary
You take full responsibility for the digital lifecycle, from setup to exit
Others benefit from your support to use digital tools effectively
You work transparently, solution-oriented and in partnership with partners and internal teams
Qualifications:
Solid training in IT (EFZ or equivalent) and proven experience in supporting modern Microsoft environments
Familiar with cloud-based workplace solutions and unified communication tools
German at native level (C2), French skills desirable
Tech stack: Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows 11/10, Azure Active Directory, Teams telephony
