On behalf of a real estate establishment in Geneva, I am looking for:
PPE Manager M/F
Tasks:
- Complete management (technical and administrative) of a PPE portfolio
- Organisation of General Meetings and committee sessions
- Chairing General Meetings
- Follow-up on decisions made during General Meetings and committee sessions
- Complete implementation of new co-ownerships
- Supervision of concierges
- Reporting to Management
- Participation in certain projects related to service development
Profile:
- Between 2 and 5 years minimum experience in a similar position in Geneva
- Perfect command of IT tools
- Sense of organisation and responsibility
- Good interpersonal skills
- EXPERIENCE IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN ROMANDY MANDATORY
