On behalf of a client, we are looking for a motivated junior professional with a technical background for an innovative industrial company. The company develops high-quality products and systems for demanding applications in the construction and industrial sectors and offers committed talents the opportunity to get to know various departments and to develop specifically towards engineering, product management or project management.
Responsibilities:
Participation in technical development, engineering and optimisation projects
Support in the analysis and improvement of products and processes
Involvement in design and technical documentation
Participation in the development of new product solutions
Carrying out technical calculations, tests and evaluations
Support for production, quality assurance and product management
Accompanying projects from the concept phase to implementation
Preparation of technical reports and presentations
Collaboration with internal and external specialists
Getting to know various company departments within a structured trainee programme
Qualifications:
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a technical focus (engineering sciences) or in business administration
- You have very good spoken and written German and English skills
- You are proficient in MS Office and have experience with generative AI
- You are a true team player and can motivate and inspire others
- You are characterised by a strong doer personality, actively shaping and approaching new paths with curiosity and courage
- You work independently and have a strong affinity for methods
