Partner of a Foundation supporting people with disabilities, we are looking for nursing assistants for regular temporary assignments, which may lead to a permanent contract from October 2026.
Nursing Assistant (M/F)
Your profile:
- Recognised training in the field of care;
- Recognition of the diploma by the competent authorities when required;
- Proven experience in supporting people with intellectual disabilities, multiple disabilities or loss of autonomy;
- Ease in performing hygiene and comfort care;
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team;
- Observational skills, rigour and reliability;
- Empathy, patience, kindness and respect for the dignity of beneficiaries;
- Good adaptability;
- Flexible hours and availability to work occasionally on weekends, public holidays or at night.
Within a multidisciplinary team, you actively participate in the well-being, comfort and safety of the beneficiaries.
Your main tasks will be as follows:
- Support beneficiaries in daily living activities;
- Provide hygiene, comfort and well-being care;
- Assist with dressing, mobility, positioning and meals;
- Observe the general condition of beneficiaries and relay any useful information to the care team;
- Promote the maintenance of autonomy and respect the pace, abilities and habits of each beneficiary;
- Collaborate with educational, nursing and therapeutic teams;
- Participate in maintaining the immediate environment of beneficiaries and tidying equipment;
- Contribute to respectful, safe and individualised support.
