Role:
On behalf of the client, we are seeking an experienced professional for the execution and detailed planning of demanding building construction projects. You develop technically and constructively well-thought-out solutions and implement them precisely using ArchiCAD and BIM. You will work on projects with a high level of detail and ensure compliance with relevant Swiss standards and planning quality requirements. The position is suitable for experienced EFZ Draftspersons specialising in Architecture as well as HF Technicians in Building Planning Architecture who focus on technically demanding execution planning.
Responsibilities:
Independent handling of the execution and detailed planning of demanding building construction projects
Creation and further development of project, execution, working, and detail plans
Development of technically and economically suitable construction details and component structures
Creation and maintenance of 3D building models in ArchiCAD
Participation in BIM-based planning and coordination processes
Coordination of interfaces between architecture, structural engineering, building services, and specialist planning
Review and integration of specialist planner and contractor documents into architectural planning
Conducting plan reviews, clash detection, and quality controls
Technical clarification of demanding connection, material, and construction details
Ensuring the planning implementation of relevant SIA standards and Swiss building regulations
Maintenance and coordination of plan versions, revisions, and digital project data
Support in the further development of CAD/BIM standards and digital planning processes
Qualifications:
Completed training as an EFZ Draftsperson specialising in Architecture or building construction draftsperson
Further training as an HF Technician in Building Planning Architecture is an advantage
Solid professional experience in execution and detailed planning in Swiss building construction
Very good technical and constructive expertise as well as knowledge of the Swiss standards system
Very good user skills in ArchiCAD 3D and BIM
Experience in coordination of specialist planning and technical interfaces
Very good German language skills including technical building terminology and good understanding of Swiss German
