Assistant Merchandise Manager (m/f/d) Fresh Produce Department, 80-100 %
Tasks
- Result-oriented and efficient merchandise disposition as well as management of stock levels while adhering to delivery readiness targets across the responsible suppliers and the assigned assortment for one or more distribution centres
- Planning, scheduling and monitoring of stocks (goods, packaging materials, raw materials) in coordination with Coop Category Management during product changes, assortment changes, new products and concept changes down to the sales outlets
- Ordering and coordinating delivery times of promotions with distribution centres, suppliers and sales regions
- Regular analysis of relevant data and key figures as well as development of improvement measures and their implementation
- Input, maintenance and ensuring correct and complete master data
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or similar with further training in Supply Chain Management/Logistics
- Very good user knowledge of SAP, BI and Office 365 (including Excel, PowerPoint)
- Committed and enthusiastic personality with assertiveness and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland; including temporary assignments for a defined period in the French-speaking region
- Very good oral and written language skills in German and French; Italian and English are an advantage
