The Psychiatric Clinic Münsterlingen (PKM), together with the Outpatient Adult Psychiatry (AEP), is responsible for the psychiatric and psychotherapeutic care of the adult population in Thurgau. With over 280 beds and specialised services in the focus areas of psychotherapy, general and acute psychiatry, addiction disorders, geriatric psychiatry and forensics, we offer evidence-based and high-quality therapies for the entire spectrum of psychiatric illnesses. On our ward, you will find an exciting and varied field of work. You accompany people in challenging life situations, build relationships, provide orientation and contribute significantly to stabilisation, development and perspectives through your nursing work.You will take on
- Professional care of our patients as a key contact person from admission to discharge within a multiprofessional team
- Integration into and professional support by a multiprofessional, dynamic and humourful team
- Collaboration and leadership of nursing group and individual offers
- For employees with part-time hours, there is the possibility of an additional, flexibly designed activity in the staff pool
You bring with you
- Joy in working with people
- Interest in psychiatric and somatic nursing and relationship building
- Completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH
- Open, person-centred, participative communication skills
- Flexibility, independence, resilience and ability to work in a team
- Commitment to personal further education or training
