Sous Chef

Mandated by a 4* hotel, we are looking for:

-mandatory culinary diploma (CFC or equivalent)
-minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
-high flexibility, days off from Monday to Friday
-field-oriented profile
-stress resistant
-ensures good relations with the various departments of the establishment -Active participation in production, mise en place and service
-management and organisation of the kitchen
-compliance with HACCP standards
-supervision of the team (small brigade)
-development of menus and dishes
-management of schedules
-days off from Monday to Friday
-weekends off
