Client Representative with Option for Site Management, 90-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• As a client representative, you take on project and construction management tasks
• In doing so, you represent the clients regarding deadlines, costs and quality
• You assume overall responsibility for renovation, conversion and new construction projects
• Your main focus is on execution planning and project completion
• The workload can be 90 or 100%, depending on your preference
• Depending on interest and aptitude, there is the possibility to take over site management

Requirements

• You have training as an architectural draughtsman / building draughtsman, bricklayer or carpenter (m/f/d)
• A degree as an architect ETH / FH or further training as a construction manager / construction technician or equivalent is essential
• Solid practical experience in client representation, construction management and demanding construction projects is required
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss construction and planning law as well as standards is also very important
• The willingness to occasionally work initially at the Kloten branch is also required
• Do you enjoy working independently but also interdisciplinarily, are you communicative, confident in negotiations and think entrepreneurially as well as economically?
