For our client, an established Swiss industrial company in the Kriens LU area, we are looking for a practically skilled, reliable and solution-oriented individual as a Mechanic Technical Maintenance 80-100% (m/f).
In this role, you will be deployed where technology must work: directly on machines, systems and operational equipment. You identify faults, eliminate causes, perform maintenance and actively contribute your experience to technical improvements.
- Analysis and rectification of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic faults
- Execution of planned maintenance work as well as technical inspections
- Collaboration in overhauls, conversions, installations and system optimisations
- Support during commissioning, functional tests and technical adjustments
- Ensuring high system availability during ongoing operations
- Identifying weaknesses and contributing improvement measures
- Cooperation with production, engineering, quality assurance and external partners
- Documentation of completed work and technical findings
- Compliance with safety, quality and operational regulations
- Experience in technical maintenance, servicing, assembly, repair or production technology is an advantage
- Good understanding of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics and industrial systems
- Electrical knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to understand technical drawings, schematics and documentation
- Independent, clean and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment of practical work, fault finding and optimisation
- Team-oriented, resilient and reliable personality
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to work day shifts or shift work, depending on the area of deployment

Profile
- Completed training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, plant and apparatus builder or comparable technical training- Experience in technical maintenance, servicing, assembly, repair or production technology is an advantage
