Administration in Controlling 80%Good for life – that is our motto. As part of the Education Directorate of the Canton of Zurich, the Office for Youth and Career Counselling is responsible for the services in the field of child and youth welfare as well as career counselling. Children, young people and families are at the centre of our work – we dedicate ourselves to this daily – with great passion and commitment. The Sponsorships Department is part of the Supplementary Educational Assistance division and is responsible for the implementation of the Child and Youth Home Act (KJG).
Would you like to support the Controlling team in the Sponsorships Department as a maternity cover in the role of administrative assistant for administrative matters, from July 2026 or by arrangement, limited until 28 February 2027? Your area of responsibility
- Communication with service providers
- Support for auditors
- Administrative support in the department
- Deputising in the team (payment runs, recoveries, etc.)
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training (commercial clerk EFZ)
- Ideally professional experience in public administration
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Precise, independent and structured way of working
- High flexibility and openness to new developments
- Team-oriented personality with a strong sense of responsibility
