Job Description
As technical experts, you carry out the technical inspection of light vehicles by checking the conformity, safety condition and equipment of the vehicles.
Furthermore, you make decisions regarding admission to traffic and verify the conformity of circulation permits and authorisations to circulate.
Finally, you inform clients about the technical and legal aspects specific to vehicle inspection.

Qualifications
- Federal VET Diploma as an automotive mechatronics technician for light and/or heavy vehicles, motorcycle mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, or construction machinery mechanic.
- ASA diploma as a traffic expert responsible for vehicle inspections is an asset.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in electronic automotive diagnostics and a minimum age of 24 years.
- Swiss driving licence categories B or C held for 3 years is required

We work together to admit drivers and vehicles to road traffic, as well as navigators and boats to navigation. We also issue driving permits and collect taxes and fees related to road traffic.
