Responsibilities:
Independent procurement of technical components, raw materials, assemblies and services
Ensuring timely and economical material availability for production
Planning, controlling and monitoring material stocks as well as optimising inventory levels
Obtaining, comparing and evaluating offers as well as conducting price and contract negotiations
Participation in the selection, support and development of existing and new suppliers
Monitoring delivery dates and actively managing delivery bottlenecks
Qualifications:
Completed technical or commercial basic training, ideally with further education in purchasing or supply chain
Professional experience in technical purchasing and/or material planning in an industrial company
Good technical understanding
Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office, especially Excel
Negotiation skills, cost awareness and a solution-oriented working style
Independent, structured and reliable personality with strong organisational talent
Strong communication skills, teamwork and assertiveness
Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
