• Your foundation: You have completed an apprenticeship as a mould maker, polymechanic, boat builder, or automation technician.

• Your skills: You have already gained professional experience and are technically very confident.

• Your mindset: You are passionate about model making, work precisely, and think solution-oriented.

• Your communication: You speak good German and enjoy working in a team.
