Job Description
Reporting to the Infrastructure team leader, you will join a team where a spirit of solidarity prevails and where everyone’s expertise actively contributes to the performance of the Manufacture, by ensuring the reliability and improvement of our installations.
In this context:
- You will be responsible for the preventive maintenance of the machine park by implementing maintenance plans that meet our "availability" objectives
- You will also be in charge of corrective maintenance and curative interventions on production equipment.
- You will share all important and useful information with your hierarchy.
- You will ensure the monitoring and control of installations on site using the tools provided to you, as well as gathering information on technical incidents reported by users, their traceability in the company’s tools, and triggering first-level interventions
- You will supervise maintenance carried out by external specialists
- You will be responsible for the follow-up and recording of your interventions and will communicate this to the teams
- You will participate in the commissioning of new equipment in collaboration with internal departments including infrastructure
- You will contribute to the continuity of the operation of installations and to achieving our customer satisfaction objectives
- You will be required to intervene on the building’s technical installations (HVAC) according to missions, projects, and on-call duties.
Qualifications
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in automation, electricity, mechanics or an equivalent qualification
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- You hold Article 15 of the OIBT
- You have participated in project management and follow-up.
- Curious and committed, you are recognised for your dynamism and rigour
- You also have a strong team spirit, a sense of organisation and responsibility
- You are autonomous, efficient, and flexible with working hours
