Clerk 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client, a Swiss family business in the northern agglomeration of Baden, is looking for a committed clerk for internal sales (m/f) with 80-100%. You support the Project Manager Sales team in the operational day-to-day business and take on the following tasks:

• Support of project managers in daily business

• Recording of packaging approvals and packaging destructions

• Recording of complaints and statements according to specifications

• Subsequent invoicing and credit notes

• Preparation of sales statistics

• Sample dispatch

• Support with internal projects

• Various general activities

• Opportunity for further development

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training in the commercial field

• Networked and structured working and thinking style

• Strong customer and service orientation

• Committed personality with good MS Office skills

• Openness to different areas of responsibility

• Very good German skills and English skills (at least B1)

• Reliable, team-oriented personality with a good sense of priorities
