Technical Customer Service 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Support and advice for customers on technical questions via telephone, e-mail and ticket system

• Coordination and professional support of service technicians in the field

• Analysis and troubleshooting of faults and error messages on CNC turning and milling machines

• Organisation of commissioning, repair assignments and technical optimisations in coordination with the service technicians

• Meticulous recording and maintenance of all support processes in the ticket system

• Cooperation with sales and other specialist departments

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical vocational training (for example polymechanic, mechatronics technician or comparable)

• Ideally practical knowledge in CNC milling and/or CNC turning as well as experience with various CNC controls

• Sound technical understanding in the areas of mechanics, electrical engineering, pneumatics and hydraulics

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good French skills required, English skills desirable

• Service-oriented and professional demeanour with enthusiasm for customer contact

• Team-oriented and communicative personality with a strong service mindset

• Affinity for IT systems and confident handling of MS Office applications
