Construction Manager Civil Engineering (m/f/d)

Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced specialist for the construction management of demanding civil engineering and concrete construction projects. You will take on the technical, administrative and financial responsibility for construction sites and manage them from work preparation to billing. In doing so, you are responsible for the economical use of personnel, machinery and inventory, lead the construction site teams and support the foremen in the operational implementation of the construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Independent construction management of demanding civil engineering and concrete construction projects
Technical, administrative and financial management and organisation of construction sites
Planning and control of the economical use of personnel, machinery, materials and inventory
Leadership of construction site employees as well as professional support and coaching of the foremen
Responsibility for reporting, measurements, debtor management and post-calculation
Monitoring and control of costs, deadlines, quality and construction progress
Coordination with clients, specialist planners, subcontractors and other project participants
Control and optimisation of construction site processes and work preparation
Ensuring professional and economical execution according to the relevant building regulations and project specifications
Qualifications:
Completed construction technical training or further education as certified construction manager SBA, HF construction technician, FH civil engineer, master builder or comparable qualification
Several years of leadership and professional experience in civil engineering and concrete construction
Sound knowledge in construction site organisation, cost control, measurements, reporting and post-calculation
Very good IT skills in MS Office and construction administration software such as AbaBau
Good German language skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
