Operations Controller (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You independently take responsibility for the preparation and evaluation of the operating accounts and keep an eye on the quality of interface processing.
You take care of the monthly accrual bookings and ensure an up-to-date cost centre and cost type structure.
Your involvement in periodic closings includes monthly and annual financial statements as well as the consolidated financial statements.
You prepare meaningful reports, key figures, and ad-hoc analyses for the business areas.
Furthermore, you support planning and forecasting processes, optimise existing controlling procedures, and participate in cross-departmental projects.
Qualifications:
A completed commercial apprenticeship forms your professional foundation.
You hold the Swiss federal diploma in finance and accounting.
Thanks to several years of professional experience in a similar position, you are familiar with the processes in the finance department.
With your analytical thinking and team orientation, you approach tasks in a structured manner.
You bring very good, confident German language skills as well as English skills.
