ICT Systems Technician (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You analyse and resolve faults in the client and server area remotely and on site
- You install, configure and maintain client-server systems at customers’ premises
- You operate and maintain peripheral systems and distribute software via application packaging and rollouts
- In this role, you implement and manage Microsoft 365 architectures as well as Active Directory, Group Policies and antivirus solutions
- You participate in smaller and larger migration projects in the Microsoft environment
- As an IT system operations and support specialist, you take on on-call duties as needed
Qualifications:
- You have completed training or further education in IT system technology or platform development.
- You possess solid knowledge of Microsoft client and server operating systems as well as Microsoft 365.
- You have practical experience with PowerShell, Group Policies and Windows services such as DNS, DHCP and Active Directory.
- You are interested in Microsoft cloud technologies and are willing to continuously develop your professional skills.
- You work service-oriented, structured and analytically and enjoy customer contact – both remotely and on site.
- You hold a category B driving licence.
