Regional Freight Dispatcher (m/f/d)

• You ensure clever planning and deployment of available transport resources so that every pallet is at the right place at the right time
• As team captain of the driving staff, you are responsible, among other things, for monitoring the tours and ensuring compliance with processes
• You communicate with internal and external parties to ensure a smooth operation
• Customer complaints and damage cases? You quickly find solutions and thus ensure satisfied customers
• You promote close cooperation with supervisors and colleagues, following the motto "one for all, all for one"

• Ideally, you have completed vocational training in the transport or logistics field and preferably hold a category C driving licence
• Shift work alternating between 08:00 – 18:00, 17:00 – 02:00 and 03:00 – 12:30 – no problem for you, you appreciate the variety
• Your excellent geography skills make your work easier
• PC, telephone, chat – you are quick as a weasel and handle all communication tools with ease
• You can express yourself confidently in German, both orally and in writing
• You work reliably, precisely and adapt quickly to new challenges
• Even when it gets stressful, you stay cool and keep an overview
• Very good knowledge of French is a requirement
