Tasks

• Independent examination and processing of benefit claims in the area of family allowances as well as ensuring smooth handling.
• Competent support and advice to insured persons, companies and authorities on technical questions by telephone and in writing.
• Handling complex benefit cases, including cross-border issues as well as billing and payment processes.
• Care of a fixed customer base and maintenance of a professional and solution-oriented collaboration.
• Active participation in the optimisation of procedures and support of the continuous development of internal processes.
• Ensuring reliable, efficient and customer-oriented service in the area of family benefits together with the team.

Requirements

• Completed commercial basic training or a comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in social insurance or public administration.
• Very good German and French skills, spoken and written.
• Knowledge of the AKIS specialist system is an advantage.
• Enjoyment of telephone and written customer contact.
• A careful, structured and independent way of working as well as a high quality awareness.
• Team spirit, initiative and sense of responsibility.
