Your tasks

• Participation in ERP and software implementation projects with a focus on financial accounting
• Consulting and support of customers in German and French
• Analysis of existing business processes and development of optimisation possibilities
• Conducting training sessions and workshops
• Supporting users with professional and system-related questions
• Accompanying customers in the introduction of new solutions

Your profile

• Commercial basic training or comparable education
• Experience in financial accounting (FIBU)
• Enjoyment of digitalisation and software-supported processes
• Very good German and French skills
• IT affinity and interest in ERP systems
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
