For an established institution in the field of long-term care, we are looking for an experienced and committed Nursing Service Manager (NSM) 90-100%. In this responsible leadership position, you will take on the professional and personnel management of the nursing department and, together with your team, ensure professional and high-quality care.

Your Tasks
- Professional and personnel management of the nursing department
- Leadership, support and development of employees
- Ensuring a high quality of care and support
- Responsibility for the implementation and further development of nursing processes
- Ensuring complete and professional nursing documentation
- Responsibility for the correct application and implementation of RAI
- Monitoring and further development of quality standards
- Planning and organisation of smooth operational processes
- Close cooperation with management as well as other internal and external bodies
Our Requirements
- Qualification as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Several years of professional experience in nursing, ideally in the long-term care sector
- Solid leadership experience - mandatory
- Strong leadership and social skills
- Good knowledge of RAI
- Organisational strength and a structured, independent working style
- Responsible and solution-oriented personality
- Enjoyment in leading, promoting employees and further developing care quality together with the team
