Application Manager ICT (m/f/d)
Role:
Specialist applications support many business processes and need someone who truly understands them. As an Application Manager ICT, you ensure that these systems run stably and continuously evolve. You operate at the interface between specialist departments, customers and suppliers. In addition to operations, you actively shape projects and bring your own IT concepts to implementation.
Responsibilities:
You introduce new applications and coordinate closely with internal departments, customers and suppliers
You are responsible for support and operation of various specialist applications in day-to-day business
Furthermore, you test updates and thoroughly check implemented solutions
You develop IT concepts and accompany their implementation through to completion
In addition, you analyse disruptions and develop sustainable solutions together with suppliers
You also participate in projects and take on the management of sub-projects
Qualifications:
You bring several years of experience in application management
A training or further education in computer science or business informatics forms your professional basis
Conceptual thinking comes easily to you and you are familiar with project management
You think customer-oriented and see yourself as a true service provider
Your working style is independent, responsible and reliable
Additionally, you communicate confidently in German and are comfortable with English documentation
