Senior IT Network Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Operate and further develop Windows servers, virtualisation, backup, Intune/endpoint management, and cloud integrations.
Administer LAN, WLAN, and VPN infrastructures as well as implement firewall migrations to Fortinet including policy clean-up.
Secure IT/OT environments through zones, VLANs, secure admin access, jump hosts, and targeted hardening.
Maintain HLD/LLD, runbooks, and CMDB as well as technically support requirements from ISO 27001, NIS2, and ISG.
Implement company-wide IT and security policies together with central IT and external service providers.
Qualifications:
IT training at EFZ, HF, or FH level with 3-6 years of experience in server, network, and security operations.
Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, VLAN, routing, WLAN, VPN, and firewall technologies.
Experience with Intune, endpoint management, Microsoft 365, Teams telephony, and EDR/Microsoft Defender.
Experience with change/incident processes, patch and backup standards; industry and IT/OT experience is an advantage.
Fortinet, Cisco, VMware, or Microsoft certifications are advantageous as well as German C1 and English B2.
