Real Estate Management Specialist - Dietlikon (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role as a property manager, you consciously focus on the professional management of residential and commercial properties, directly contributing to the satisfaction of owners and tenants. Responsibilities:
You independently manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties
You conduct apartment and property viewings as well as handovers and takeovers
You are the contact person for tenants, owners, and craftsmen
You organise and coordinate maintenance and renovation work
You set rents, manage contracts, and oversee ongoing tenancy agreements
You ensure professional, service-oriented management
Qualifications:
You have professional experience in real estate management
You have further training as a real estate clerk or a federal real estate manager (the portfolio is adjusted according to seniority)
You work independently, in a structured and responsible manner
You have good MS Office skills; experience with ImmoTop2 is an advantage
You communicate confidently in German
