Job Description
Your Task
You will build up and drive the further development of our Industrial Automation team and actively shape the future of EM Industry. The focus of your activity is the support and strategic development of key accounts. You maintain long-term customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and independently implement the sales planning for your sales area in Switzerland. Together with the industrial sales team, you sell automation solutions and provide technical support in automation and robotics. You work closely with logistics, marketing, and purchasing, use the CRM for structured customer care, and ensure efficient handling of inquiries, orders, and complaints. In short: You are responsible for sustainable growth and first-class service in Industrial Automation.
Qualifications
Your Profile
You have a degree in electrical engineering or an apprenticeship as an automation technician EFZ with commercial training. You bring experience in industrial sales, ideally with a focus on automation or logistics solutions, and are familiar with sales pipeline management as well as leading employees based on modern sales KPIs. Very good German and English skills are expected; French skills are a plus.
